Trains have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. They are loud and dirty, but are also an integral part of our economy. Probably at least one part of the car you drive (if not the whole thing) moved by rail at one point or another.
Chessie System was and still is my favorite railroad. Even
though Chessie is all but gone from the hundreds of locomotives
she slumbered on, she will forever be remembered as one of the
most well-known corporate mascots. Long live Chessie!
